A: Yes—we bring our own products and equipment. If you prefer, we can also use your products (great for special surfaces, allergies, or fragrance-free requests).

Q: Are you pet-friendly?

A: Absolutely—we’re pet-friendly. Pets are family! We just ask that they’re secured or comfortable during the cleaning, especially if they’re anxious around new people.

Q: Will I get the same team every visit?

A: For recurring clients, we schedule the same team whenever possible to build familiarity and trust. Our team also arrives in uniform for a professional, consistent experience.

Q: How do I book a cleaning?

A: Request a free estimate through our website, or text/call us. We’ll confirm the details and schedule the best day and time for you.

Q: How do you price your cleanings?

A: Pricing depends on the size, condition, and service type (standard vs deep, home vs commercial). After the estimate, we confirm a clear price before your appointment.

Q: Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

A: Not necessarily—many clients aren’t home. Just share access instructions, and we’ll message you when we’re done.

Q: What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

A: No problem—please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can adjust the schedule. Late changes may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
